Baking soda and lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Lemon juice
- ½ a cup of water
Add the baking soda in the water and stir well until it dissolves, then add the lemon juice, wait for the reaction to pass and drink the beverage on an empty stomach.
Baking soda and apple cider vinegar
- ½ a teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons ACV
- 1 cup water
Add the apple cider vinegar into the cup of water first, then add the baking soda and let the reaction pass. Mix well and drink the mixture before breakfast. You should notice improvements in your weight after a week.
Baking soda and fruit
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup strawberries
- Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- A handful of mint leaves
Just mix all the ingredients in a blender and consume the smoothie on an empty stomach.
