The Recipe

Ingredients needed:
  • 5 cups of ice cubes
  • 10 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 3 cups of water
  • ¼-½ a cup of fresh peeled ginger slices
  • 1 and a half cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Half a cup of raw honey
Instructions for the preparation:

Mix all the ingredients beside the ice cubes and stir until everything is mixed well. Use stirring utensils in order to press the mint and ginger to release the flavor they have. You can now add the ice and then stir again. Store it in the fridge.

This amount is enough for one serving. Store in the fridge and drink it during the day while you are sick. This tasty beverage is going to help boost your immune system and could be used when you are healthy too!
