- 1 4-ounce spray bottle that has a fine mist sprayer
- 5 drops of peppermint
First you have to put the base you’ve chosen inside the spray bottle.
Combine the essential oils.
Then, pour them into the bottle with the base. Don’t fill it up to the top.
The mixture should be shaken well and sprayed on your exposed skin or clothing. Just avoid your mouth and eyes!
