- 3 tablespoons raisins
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 8 tablespoons flaxseeds
- 40 gr. pumpkin seeds
- 200 gr. honey
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well, then store the mixture in a glass jar in your fridge. To use it for your knee pain, take a teaspoon of the remedy 2 times per day before breakfast and lunch.
