Folic acid, also known as vitamin B9, is a heart-healthy nutrient which is important for pregnant women as well. Lack of folic acid during pregnancy can harm the central nervous system of the unborn child and cause abnormalities in the spinal cord and brain. Slow down the aging process
According to a recent study, eating free-range eggs for breakfast every day can actually slow down the aging process and erase its signs on your skin. According to the study, free-range eggs contain organic yellow pigments called carotenoids that have antioxidant properties and can fight free radicals in the body.
